Content Creation Policy

OOC supports the creative activities of all users and, at the same time, aims to provide a service that everyone can enjoy safely.
While we respect freedom of expression so that your imagination can be fully realized, such freedom comes together with the responsibility to protect all of us.
This Content Creation Policy applies to all elements that constitute content, including the name, introduction, settings, prompts, etc. (hereinafter, “Text”), as well as profile images and contextual images (collectively, “Content”). Please be sure to comply with this policy when creating Content.
For Content that violates this policy, safety measures may be taken without prior notice, such as switching between “General Content” (i.e. content(s) suitable for all ages) / “Adult” (i.e. adult-only content(s)), making the content private, and restricting conversations. In the event of repeated violations, the account may be subject to sanctions.

Common Principles

These principles apply without exception to all Content regardless of rating.
1.
Content that sexualizes, exploits, or abuses minors is prohibited. OOC prohibits any Content that sexualizes, exploits, or abuses minors, including:
Predatory behavior, including attempting to connect with a minor in order to manipulate and/or exploit them.
Sexualizing minors in any way.
Engaging in sexual conversation with minors, or soliciting sexual material from them.
Sexual extortion of children.
Child sex trafficking.
Coercion of a minor, or enticement of a minor to engage in sexual activity.
Revictimizing survivors.
Bullying children.
The following factors are examples of traits that may result in a character being perceived as a minor:
Physical development: youthful face, immature body shape, etc.
Childlike speech patterns: immature communications, simple vocabulary, baby talk.
Dependent behavior: reliance on adult figures for emotional regulation or basic decisions.
Clothing/props: school uniform, gym uniform, student bag, etc.
Background/setting: school, academy, student council, idol trainee, etc.
Placement in youth oriented groups: clubs, junior teams, camps.
Prohibited text, images, etc. involving minor characters
For minor characters, text and images that include the following acts and depictions are not permitted.
All sexual acts, including sexual intercourse and similar sexual acts
Depictions of all related sex crimes, including sexual harassment, sexual abuse, and sexual exploitation
Sexually suggestive text and images that emphasize sexual attractiveness
Any interactions in which the user directly engages in physical and/or emotional abuse or exploitation, or sets, induces, or leads the character to engage in such acts

Content that causes discomfort, aversion, or insult to others is prohibited.
Excessive violence and cruelty : Depiction of violent acts such as dismemberment, exposure of internal organs, torture, killing, or abuse of animals are depicted, or images that depict such acts.
Discriminatory and hateful expressions : Inclusion of hateful or discriminatory expressions, such as degrading or attacking a specific group (nationality, race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, political affiliation etc.), in text such as the content’s name, introduction, or settings.

Content that encourages illegal acts or undermines social order, is prohibited.
Illegal drugs : Content settings or images that describe or encourage the effects, purchase, use, manufacture, sale, or use of prohibited substances or drugs
Encouragement of criminal acts : Content that justifies, encourages, or condones criminal activity (terrorism, etc.) or anti-social acts, or images that depict such acts
Encouragement of suicide : Content that glorifies, aids, or encourage suicide or self harm

Content that undermines the original purpose of the platform as “conversations” or “content creation” is prohibited.
Abusing (the system) : Content that is created or used for improper purposes in order to achieve challenges, such as “mutual follow” or “likes”
Meaningless content : Meaningless input content, or content with respect to which a prompt has not been written
Spam/phishing/promotion : Content that includes spam or promotional acts that induce visits to specific websites, or phishing acts that demand money, cryptocurrency, etc.
Impersonation of the management : Content that may confuse users by making it appear as if it was created by the management, related persons, or employees

Content that infringes upon the rights of others is prohibited.
Infringement of intellectual property rights : Content that uses the intellectual property rights of others without permission, including copyrights in others’ creative works
Infringement of image rights and other personal rights : Content that uses others’ faces, images, or information that reveals their identity, or that clearly evokes real individuals or organizations without their consent
Infringement of personal data and privacy : Content that includes as the personal data of another without their consent
Responsibility relating to derivative works : Content that is based on another work without consent and/or in violation of the original creator’s guidelines
Content resembling real persons : Content that includes images or videos that may be mistaken for deepfakes or real persons

Text Content Rules (name, introduction, settings, prompts, etc.)

| These apply to the text elements that Constitute content, such as the Content’s name, introduction, settings, and prompts.
A. General Content
Sexual expressions
All text that includes sexual acts, sexual implications, sexual assault, or induces sexual shame is prohibited.
The direct use of words referring to sex toys, sexual body parts, etc. is prohibited.
Violence : Text that depicts scenes such as murder, assault, or torture, glorifies or encourages crime, self-harm/suicide, or otherwise implies or encourages physical or mental abuse is prohibited.
Profanity : Text that excessively overuses vulgar language or lines is prohibited.
All other content that may be harmful to minors is entirely prohibited.
B. Adult Content
Sexual expressions
Text that describes, in an obscene manner, sexual acts that are illegal or objectionable under social norms (sex crimes, sexual assault, non-consensual sexual acts, bestiality, incest, etc.) is prohibited.
Text that sexually uses bodily fluids such as semen and vaginal fluids, as well as excrement and bodily waste such as urine and vomit
Violence : Text that depicts (gore) scenes such as murder, assault, or torture without any special purpose (including where it is not necessary for the story context), or glorifies or encourages crime, self harm, abuse, or suicide, is prohibited. However, even in cases where cruel depictions are permitted in a limited manner, such depictions must not fall under “excessive violence and cruelty” prohibited under the Common Principles.
Profanity : General profanity used to express a character’s personality is permitted. However, discriminatory and hateful expressions, etc. under the Common Principles are prohibited.

Profile Image Rules

| As profile images determine the first impression of Content, stricter standards apply, and the use of provocative images is prohibited all Content (General Content and Adult Content).
General Content & Adult Content (Common)
Images with nudity or excessive exposure of the body are prohibited.
Exposure of clothing that reveals underwear or sensitive body parts
Where part of the body is visible through clothing made of translucent material
Images that emphasize sensitive body parts such as the chest or buttocks
Expressions of excessive violence, injury, or bloodstains are prohibited.
Sexual expressions (poses, situations, facial expressions, etc.) are prohibited.
Images depicting nudity
Images depicting sexual intercourse or other sexual acts, masturbation, or suggestive poses
Images that excessively emphasize sensitive body parts such as genitals, chest, or buttocks
Images that include sexual contact with sensitive body parts such as genitals, chest, or buttocks
The use of profanity or slang referring to sexual body parts or sexual acts within images is prohibited.
Profile images that are similar to a real person or that appear to be real photographs are restricted.
In addition, any images that may be harmful to minors are prohibited.

Contextual Image Rules

| Contextual images are images that depict specific situations within Content. While they are freer than profile images, the criteria for each rating level must be strictly complied with.
1. General Content
As General Content is exposed to users of all ages, the strictest standards apply.
Excessive exposure of the body and clothing is prohibited.
Inappropriate clothing
Where the body silhouette is clearly visible, or where sensitive body parts are explicitly depicted (see-through clothes, wet clothes, torn clothes, etc.)
However, unavoidable exposure due to intense exercise, swimsuits, combat, etc., and body exposure expressed for artistic or educational purposes may be permitted in a limited manner, only with respect to body parts that are not sensitive.
Exposure of sensitive parts
Where sensitive body parts are depicted, or where specific sensitive body parts are excessively emphasized
Depictions of sexual tools such as sex toys, and sexual body parts, are prohibited.
Where items related to sexual acts, such as sex toys or condoms, or shapes or objects that evoke sexual body parts, are depicted
Depictions of sexual acts are prohibited.
Images that depict sexual intercourse, or other sexual acts, or that may evoke such acts
Excessive violence and cruel depictions are prohibited.
Images that contain damage to, or mutilation of, body parts such as dismemberment, exposure of internal organs, or torture, or depictions of excessive bleeding or bloodstains
2. Adult Content
Adult Content is exposed only to users who have completed adult verification.  Content restrictions for Adult Content apply in addition to General Content restrictions.
Excessive and explicit sexual expressions are prohibited.
Direct/indirect exposure of sexual body parts
Explicit expressions, such as where sexual body parts including genitals, anus, pubic hair, nipples, or areola are directly exposed, where their outlines are visible, or where protruding effects are used, are prohibited.
Such parts must be displayed so that their outlines or shapes are not visible, for example by covering them with opaque objects or rectangular boxes.
Images that sexually use bodily fluids such as semen and vaginal fluids, as well as excrement and bodily waste such as urine and vomit
Where contextual images that specifically depict specific sexual acts (penetration, masturbation, genital fondling, etc.) in moving images such as GIF or WebP are used
Illegal or unethical sexual expressions are prohibited.
Where sex crimes, non-consensual sexual acts, sexual abuse, or inappropriate sexual acts are expressed.
3.
Additional Restrictions and Requirements
The following restrictions and requirements apply with respect to all Content, whether General Content or Adult Content.
In all cases, users may not create, upload, or otherwise use Content that violates or otherwise infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other proprietary rights of any third party.
All Content must comply with applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, by creating or contributing any Content, you grant OOC an unlimited, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, sub-license, create derivative works from, transmit, broadcast and otherwise distribute, and publicly perform and display or incorporate your Content into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed throughout the universe, and agree that OOC shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Content for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation (but subject to applicable local legislation), notice or attribution. You waive and agree not to assert against OOC or any of its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries or licensees, any moral or similar rights you may have in any of your Content. OOC reserves the right (but has no obligation) to remove, block, edit, move, or disable Content for any reason in OOC’s sole discretion.
DMCA Notifications (For U.S. residents). If you believe any Content infringes one or more of your copyrights, please send a notification (a “DMCA Notification”) including all of the information described below, to OOC’s DMCA Agent by mail or email using the contact information provided below. OOC will in its discretion remove or disable access to the Content complained of, and in appropriate circumstances, terminate the access rights of repeat infringers. In addition, OOC will send a copy of the DMCA Notification to the affected user, who may submit a counter notification as described below (a “DMCA Counter Notification”) that could result in our restoring Content removed in response to a DMCA Notification. All DMCA Notifications must include the following:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of the works at that site.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (such as a URL for the webpage for where the material is posted).
Information reasonably sufficient to permit OOC to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address.
A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information set forth in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Please be advised that under Section 512(f) of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act you may be held liable for damages and attorneys’ fees if you make material misrepresentations in a DMCA Notification.
DMCA Counter Notifications from users. If you receive a DMCA Notification because your Content is claimed to infringe a copyright, but you believe in good faith that your Content is not infringing or that you have authorization to use the material, you may respond to the DMCA Notification by sending a DMCA Counter Notification to OOC’s DMCA Agent (whose contact information is provided above) that includes:
Your physical or electronic signature;
Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (such as a URL for the webpage for where the material is posted);
A statement from you under the penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled; and
Your name, physical address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of a United States District Court for the judicial district in which your physical address is located, or if your physical address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in County of New York, State of New York, United States of America and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of allegedly infringing material or an agent of such person.
If you submit a DMCA Counter Notification, a copy of the DMCA Counter Notification, including your name and contact information, will be sent to the copyright owner or person who provided the DMCA notification. Please note that sending a DMCA Counter Notification will not automatically result in your Content being restored.

Enforcement of Content Policy

While we actively monitor Content, we may not detect all violations of this Content Creation Policy. If you see something that seems to violate this Content Creation Policy, you can report it in the app or on our website.
If we determine in our sole discretion that your Content violates a rule, your account may be banned. We may also in our sole discretion refer Content to law enforcement.
